Healthier communities

We examine what councils, with their partners, have done to achieve their ambitions for the promotion of healthier communities and the narrowing of health inequalities. Assessments seek evidence across seven areas - health improvement, partnership working, vulnerable people, families, excluded communities, inequalities, and decent homes (including fuel poverty).
