This year data for NI 14 should be submitted directly to the Hub. Local authorities will be asked to submit final outturn figures only. NI 185 (and 194) - further update from DECC
DECC wrote to all local authorities, via the Government Offices, on the 9 July 2009 with details of further errors within the spreadsheet tool used to collate data for NIs 185 and 194 (external link).
The letter asks that local authorities continue to enter data into the input cells in the existing spreadsheet (the blue cells) and ignore those output cells (the yellow cells) which display what appear to be incorrect returns. DECC will correct the formula errors in the spreadsheets that you submit and return these to you.
DECC will let local authorities know how and when they should submit their spreadsheets. You will not be expected to do so before 31 July 2009.
