The Supporting People programme provided by Worcestershire County Council is good with promising prospects for improvement. Worcestershire County Council's Supporting People programme is effectively delivering service improvements and positive outcomes for service users, although service user involvement at a strategic level is underdeveloped. Strong governance and partnership arrangements are providing effective drivers for continuous improvement within the programme.
