The Commission periodically reviews the KLOE to ensure they remain relevant and up to date. This page includes draft KLOEs and feedback forms from previous consultations, and KLOE response summaries.

The presentation of KLOE documents changed in August 2007. Changes emphasise the KLOE questions and encourage housing organisations to find their own routes to providing excellent services. Details of these changes are outlined in The next stage in the development of housing KLOE (Word, 65Kb)
