Elly manages the Commission's media team and leads media relations on the Commission's National Fraud Initiative and other high-profile issues. Elly joined the Commission from children's charity Barnardo's in 2007 and has a background in agency and in-house public relations.

Mark Nicholson - Media Relations Manager
Mark leads the Commission's media work across local government and other parts of the public sector. He has a background in magazine journalism, Fleet Street and public sector media relations, was Head of Comms for Cornwall County Council for 18 years, and joined the Commission in 2008 from Bristol City Council.
